Layout

The property features two (2) units, the main unit and independent guest apartments unit. The main unit expands on two (2) levels. The ground level hosts the main living room (with a closed patio), the kitchen and Chef’s Kitchen, the indoor dining area, a guest WC and five double bedrooms out of which two (2) master suites and three (3) guest rooms (two (2) of which interconnected). The gym (indoor/outdoor) and massage room is also found on this level. The lower level of the main unit hosts a large playroom with a Home Cinema. The outdoor space hosts a 26-meter Infinity pool (heated upon request), an open pool bar, a pool lounge with WC and shower, a pool deck with sun loungers, the BBQ and main outdoor dining areas and multiple sitting spots. The second unit is located on the upper level of the property, overlooking the villa, and hosts two (2) guest apartments with independent entrances, a pool lounge and a mini Infinity pool (outdoor). Last but not least, the property features private parking space.
